To Serve???

The word serve or servant is found some 1,452 times in the Bible. It is one of the largest topics of Scripture. (Remember, whatever God wants to emphasize, He says many times in Scripture.)
We must set our hearts on serving people and nations in the spirit and true servanthood of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Let our prayers and actions be this: that we, the Church, may arise to her destiny, and give light and blessing to the peoples of the earth through serving them better than anyone else.

60 volunteers are needed for merchandise sales, money takers at the door & ushering.
16 & up.
Parking information to come. Concessions are available for purchase with cash only (no cards) or you may bring your own.
Thursday, November 3rd at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw
Arrive by 4:30 PM, need to be available to stay until 1 hr. after show ends.
Friday, November 4th at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids
Arrive by 5:00 PM, need to be available to stay until 1 hr. after show ends.

The following shows are need of help distributing flyers. If you can help get the word out in your area please email 4the1ministries@charter.net with your mailing address and which shows you would like flyers for. Some great places to put these include salons, doctor/dentist offices, convenience stores, gyms, laundromats...etc and of course churches, youth centers and Christian bookstores. Even better if there is an event in your area and you could take some time to hand these out personally that would be awesome!

Unity Christian Music Festival Street Team - Team U

Join the Unity Christian Music Festival Street Team - "Team U" and earn points to be used for event passes & Unity gear!
Team members are challenged to bi-weekly/monthly tasks that earn them points. Tasks are simple and easy, such as handing out flyers, posting on facebook and such. FOR ALL SHOWS:
Volunteers must be a minimum of 16 yrs. old.
Arrive at venue by 3:30 PM
All jobs will be assigned upon arrival. Jobs include money takers at the door, money counters, merchadise sellers, ushers and people to pass out flyers.
Dress comfortably.
Personal items must be kept with you.
Parking expense may be incurred.
You may not be able to see the show, depending of job assignment.
If children are coming with you to see the show they will need to wait outside in line. Be sure to provide supervision if needed.
Doors are scheduled to open at 5 PM but may open sooner if all volunteers are in place.
You will be emailed confirmation and further information about particular event closer to the date of the event.
